In the morning, we depart from Los Angeles and head East through the Mojave desert. We will make a quick stop in Las Vegas for lunch and some sightseeing, before continuing East until we reach one of the most famous natural wonders of the World - The Grand Canyon. We will spend the rest of the day enjoying all the attractions the West Grand Canyon has to over, including the Skywalk bridge, which gives you the best 360 degree view that the Canyon has to offer! - Travelers joining the tour in Las Vegas, Please meet at the Bally's Las Vegas North Tour Lobby at 2:00pm

Wake up early this morning to catch the sunrise over this majestic landscape before continuing our tour of the Grand Canyon. Take an optional helicopter tour down to the Colorado River, or take a wagon ride. We will catch a cowboy gun show before continuing East toward Utah. In the afternoon we arrive in Zion National Park, a land of unparalleled beauty. The geology of the Zion and Kolob canyons area includes 9 formations that together represent 150 million years of mostly Mesozoic-aged sedimentation. At various periods in that time warm, shallow seas, streams, ponds and lakes, vast deserts, and dry near-shore environments covered the area. Uplift associated with the creation of the Colorado Plateaus lifted the region 10,000 feet (3,000 m) starting 13 million years ago.

After breakfast we will travel into the Great Salt Basin, and seemingly endless expanse of white salt as far as the eye can see. We stop at the source of the salt, and a body of water seven times saltier than the worlds Oceans, the Great Salt Lake of Utah. We continue North along the Snake River until we arrive in Grand Teton National Park, the sister park to the world famous Yellowstone National Park, where we will dine and stay the night.

Today we tour Yellowstone, widely held to be the first national park in the world, is known for its wildlife and its many geothermal features, especially Old Faithful Geyser, one of the most popular features in the park. It has many types of ecosystems, but the sub-alpine forest is most abundant. It is part of the South Central Rockies forests eco-region. The park is also a sanctuary for countless wildlife such a deer, buffalo, and wolves. Examine fossilized trees, and catch the glimmer of beautiful lakes in the secluded woods. We spend another night in the park.

In the morning we head out of Yellowstone until we reach the fabulous Idaho Falls. Known for it's lush meadows and cattle culture, we will stop here for lunch. Afterwards we arrive in Salt Lake City, the capital of Utah and the home and heart of the Mormon faith. We will receive a guided tour by one of the churches own sisters, answering any questions and explaining the rich history and culture of the Salt Lake City Temple Square. We continue with a tour of the city and stay the night.

We depart Salt Lake City in the morning and head West, where we will pass through the expansive Nevada desert and reach "The Entertainment City of the World" - Las Vegas. Our hotel will be conveniently located on the world famous Strip, where you can choose to explore the city, do some shopping, try your luck at one of the glamorous mega casinos, or catch one of the epic shows this city has to offer!

In the morning, we will take a tour of the Ethel M Chocolate Factory to learn about the manufacturing of gourmet chocolates, and perhaps try a sample or two! Outside we appreciate the beautiful desert plant life at the Botanical Cactus Gardens. On our way west back to Los Angeles we will stop in Barstow, California for lunch and to do some discount shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall. We will arrive in Los Angeles in the evening to end the trip!
