Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before starting your tour. Drive pass the lovely and small old Jiji Railway Station to Foguangshan Buddhist Monastery, the most famous and sacred of southern Taiwan. Take a walking tour of the temple complex and you will have the opportunity to enjoy a Buddhist vegetarian lunch (at an additional cost). Continue to Kaohsiung City, the second largest in Taiwan. Visit the Love River and explore the vibrant Liuhe Night Market.

Today's adventure takes you to the Kenting National Park, located at Taiwan's southern tip. The Park is bordered by 37 miles of coral-rimmed shoreline along three sides, one of its main attractions. Sights visited include the Oluanpi Light House, Maopitou Coastal Scenic Area and Kenting Forest Recreation Area. Drive to Taitung via the Southern LInk Highway.

It will be an exciting East Coast National Scenic Tour today. The East Coast National Scenic Area, known as "Taiwan's last unspoiled land," stretches 170 km along the east coast of the island. Your tour will highlight Siaoyeliou, Sansientai, Stone Steps, and Caves of the Eight Immortals. Arrive into Hualien in the early evening.

The morning is spent at Taroko Gorge National Park, an exceptionally beautiful, narrow ravine created by the Liwu River, which has cut deep into the mountains of solid marble. Walk along a road carved into the sheer walls of rock winding its way past forested peaks and cliffs towering thousands of feet above. Some highlighted sights include the Tunnel of Nine Turns, Ci Mu Bridge, Swallows Grotto, Changchung Temple and Shakadang Trail. Return to Taipei, arriving in the early evening at approximately 6pm. Transfer to your hotel in Taipei or the airport for your departure flight. (Flights should departure no earlier than 9PM for domesitic and 10PM for international).
