Day : 1 HOMETOWN - HAWAII ISLAND HILO (ITO) - VOLCANO NATL PARK - RAINBOW FALLS - HILO
Take flight(s) arrival at Hilo Airport prior to 9am, meet with tour guide and start the tour to Volcano National Park in the morning, make a stop at the visitor center, learn about Volcano environment and ecosystem, checkout the pioneer native plants from exhibits, then tour around Kilauea Volcano Rim find the Halemaumau crater, tranquil Kilauea Iki crater and Lua Manu crater. Then checkout some geothermal steam vents and sulphur banks, then visit the Hawaiian Nut Factory, you will be greeted by a huge volcanic plantation, try varieties flavors of Hawaiian nuts. Then drive to Richardson Black Sand Beach, find huge Hawaiian green turtles basking on the beach. Arrive at Wailuku River State park checkout the Rainbow Falls, a 80-feet-high waterfall is named for the rainbow formed in the surrounding mist and then return to Hilo Hotel.

Day : 2 BIG ISLAND AKAKA FALLS & LAVA TREE STATE PARKS
We visit two spectacular State Parks today, first at Akaka Falls State Park in the morning, there are two gorgeous waterfalls here on one short hike. Get your feet on this pleasant hike on a paved path, you will pass thru a lush rainforest filled with wild orchids, bamboo grove and draping ferns. View the beautiful Akaka Falls from different viewing spot, and find the shy Kahuna Falls aside your direct sight. Then visit Farmer’s Market, you can find the seasonal fresh tropical fruits direct from tree. Then enjoy a buffet lunch, and visit second state park The Lava Trees State Park, where you can see the creation of Volcano Goddess Pele. Then we go to Kalapana, where once a site of Hawaii’s most famous & photographed beach, now a newly formed lava rock land and black sand beach area. Upon the end of the tour, back to hotel.
