Day : 3 LANZHOU
Lanzhou is the capital of Gansu Province with 2000 years of history. A boat excursion take to Liujiaxia Dam and Binglingsi Grottoes, it is one of China's big ancient Buddhist temple complexes with an array of statuary and frescoes dating from about AD 420 to the Ming Dynasty. The Waterwheel is an ancient device that uses flowing or falling water to create power by means of as set of paddles mounted around a wheel, enjoy the time at Waterwheel park in Lanzhou the biggest Waterwheel park in the world. For the dinner, enjoy the famous local cuisine – Lanzhou handmade Noodles.

Day : 4 LANZHOU - ZHANGYE
Rainbow Mountain - Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park. The Park is in the eastern foothills of the Qilian Mountains in Gansu Province. The danxia landforms are a masterpiece of nature, the colorful mountain ridges are just like an overturned palette from heaven. has lots of precipitous red cliffs, most of which are several hundred meters high, and multicolored ridges of weathered strata, sometimes stretching to the horizon.

Day : 5 ZHANGYE – JIAYUGUAN

Day : 6 JIAYUGUAN – DUNHUANG
Dunhuang is an important stop on the ancient Silk Road, The “world’s four ancient civilizations” of China, India, Greece, and Islam co-mingled there, making Dunhuang an international stage full of exotic customs and ancient legends. Enjoy desert on the Singing Sand Mountain and Camal riding is the best way to visit. The Crescent Spring is located at the foot of the Singing Sand Mountains. It is so named because its shape looks like a crescent moon, it is the quintessential oasis.

Artists from different periods of the Middle Ages left their work there. All kinds of works spanning over one thousand years complement each other. Standing out in the desert, the Mogao Caves are like a glittering pearl that adorns the Silk Road.

Day : 8 TURPAN - URUMQI
Turpan is a Xinjiang travel highlight because the culture is still mostly Uighur, there are several historical sites and places of unusual natural scenery close by it. The Karez Well System, is an important ancient irrigation system that is still used today, The tunnel system provides water for local people to drink as well as to water their crops. The Disappearing City of Earth – The Jiaohe Ruins. Enjoy the fruit feast lunch. After that back to Urumqi, the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the world’s most “inland” city. This evening we enjoy a traditional roast lamb dinner banquet.
